I contacted two solar panel installation companies in addition to Moore Solar, and there was a clear distinction in the clarity with which they explained how the installation would go and how the rebate process works. Unlike other solar companies, they are not bound to use a specific brand of panels or inverters. They explained the differences between these options very well and did not try to force any decisions upon my wife and I. Moore Solar planned and installed solar panels on my house in Glendale. Completed all paperwork for GWP rebate and supplied me with form for federal tax credit. Jerry Moore did all the work himself with a helper. Veronica kept in close touch with me throughout the process. Jerry started the job on time and frequently worked into the evening to ensure that it was completed by the promised date. Jerry and Veronica worked closely with the Glendale inspectors and seemed genuinely intent on building a long-term relationship with me and with GWP. The system is functioning as promised. Follow through with minor details after the job was paid for has been excellent.

Hi Veronica, hope you guys didn't get too wet this week. 7-1/2 inches of rain here so far and no apparent water intrusion under the arrays (way to go, Jerry!). Note that rain water uniformly arcs off the lower edge of the panels in a lovely mist -- very cool. We just got the first post-solar installation SCE bill:$1.07! Many thanks.
